S'mores are an old favorite must for any campfire. When I was a kid, I loved the challenge of toasting the marshmallow to a golden brown before it would catch on fire. For a fancy version of this timeless treat, just replace basic marshmallows, chocolate squares and graham crackers with handmade cinnamon sugar marshmallows, stone ground chocolate with sea salt and homemade vanilla graham crackers sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. These would definitely be the hit of any camping trip. Not planning on camping soon? How about a romantic date night at home toasting marshmallows over a candle flame (unscented and non-toxic candles, of course). Making S'mores by candlelight sounds like the perfect way to spend the evening in with your sweetheart.
