These pretty bite-size tartlets are the perfect picnic food {even if you're just having a picnic in your living room!} They're a great treat for celebrations, too, because they're decadent but small enough that you can sample and share in a variety of flavors. They're so decorative that it really feels like you're eating something special. Chris and I munched on these to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary {a quick toast while baby was sleeping}. The lemon meringue was my favorite!
