Yesterday was my first Mother's Day! Chris and Matteo made me a special pancake breakfast and surprised me with a beautiful new red dress, a framed picture of me with baby and a little book about Renaissance art. It was very sweet and I felt so special. I love being a new mamma and I'm so grateful for our little family!

P.S. Matteo had his 2 week checkup today. He weighs 7 lbs, 11 oz and is 22 in long!
